I am sending this as a request and possible suggestion... I would love to have the option of using the caitian tail on the alien race. I would gladly even spend Zen to unlock this option. There are a lot of people I know in game that would love to have this option as well, and are willing to pay for it. I do have the Caitian and Feresan Races unlocked but I really want to have the option to use the tail on the alien race since the new Star Trek Movie that J.J. Abrams made has a catgirl type race and I've sorta created a version of this race but require the tail to make it complete. Please, give us this option.. even if it is a Zen unlock or Phoenix Box Unlock. I would gladly spend money for it as would others, I can guarantee it.
Maybe not the Caitian and Ferasan tails specifically, as those are very specific to the races, sort of how the gigantic ears are specific to the Ferengi.
Now I could get behind a selection of different types of tails, such as canine, feline (sleek, but not tuftedlike the Caitian/Ferasan), and reptilian, with a large number of options.
Just in case it wasn't mentioned in the prior sixty-plus pages... the 21c formal outfit could use some top variations. Specifically, not only should there be jacket/coat options (existing jacket; longcoat; none) but one should also be able to choose whether or not to wear a waistcoat/vest. There is also no reason that female characters should not be able to, as they say, rock the slack/shirt combo either... a certain bartender, for example, is proof that it can work quite well.
I suspect, too, that it would only be beneficial to both relevant parties to get in touch with IDW Publishing about using their take on TNG-era Imperial uniforms, as seen in their 'Mirror Broken' run; the FCBD '17 promo issue includes, aside from a complete short story, concept art.
I would like some of the in game hairstyles available only to NPCs start filtering out to the players. There's a really great Andorian style for males on an NPC on the Babel mission for the AOY faction. The new Klingon styles that in the new episodes. It baffles me there are already created pieces that we don't have access to.
Would really like to have the Club Wear available for use outside Club 47. Currently, you can change to an outfit using it inside the club and walk out, but if you zone or relog, you get switched back to your base uniform. For something that costs 250k GPL, even for an account unlock, the price is irritating for such a limited use, and the parts make for some nice "retro" sci-fi uniforms.

I see people in it in lots of places that are not Club 47 or ESD to be honest.
Okay legitimate question here: Why is it that my Romulan Embassy BOffs and the Gorn I got as a diplomacy reward can't wear Federation uniforms, and my Fed-aligned Photonic engineering BOff on my Romulan can't wear Republic uniforms of any kind, but my marauder Andorian BOff can use any KDF uniform including the Honor Guard set?
Admiral Katrina Tokareva - U.S.S. Cosmos, Yorktown-class Star Cruiser Admiral Dananra Lekall - R.R.W. Teverresh, Deihu-class Warbird General J'Kar son of K'tsulan - I.K.S. Dlahath, Vo'devwl-class Carrier
With the upcoming release of the Suliban Carrier, it would be nice if Suliban skin type was added to the Alien template.
My Alien-'Suliban' BOFF on one of my Romulans would be very happy with that... Actually, for that matter; we've got the Temporal Cold War in-game, two different Suliban ships - Cell Ship and the new escort - plus Suliban DOffs... maybe it's actually time to consider adding Suliban as an actual race for Bridge Officers, at least, and maybe even either for Romulan Republic as a starter species (since the Helix system is in the same region as Virinat, it's no less implausible than any 'alien' options for being part of the colony) or all three factions as an unlockable species for Players/Captains.

^Words that every player should keep in mind, especially whenever there's a problem with the game...
I'm torn; part of me sorely wants to suggest an ENT Andorian Imperial Guard uniform (such as Shran and Talas wore) to go with our Kumari Escorts we've had for a while now... another part is afraid that it'd end up being a ridiculously expensive single-character unlock such as the MACO uniform and WoK Ch-Eng vest.
(On the subject, anyone know a good way to - until we actually get it - simulate a Guard uniform? I've been using Intel Short top and Tucked-Jup 4 pants, but I just can't get it to look right...)

I would like to suggest a redo of the hair textures so they look a little bit more realistic, perhaps in a way that they are, as far as detail is concerned, on par, or close to, the shaved and curly option.
The proper jumpsuit versions of the TNG and DS9 uniforms.
The uniform from Star Trek: Countdown, the prequal comic to 09 and STO.
Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though. JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

Most of them are minor differences only, but the Franklin uniform is so different that I can certainly support it and the "Beyond - Starbase Yorktown" uniforms, which aren't shown. as good ideas to add. Actually, the Kelvin uniform is fairly close to the AGT uniform top with an Odyssey 1 badge, I've tried it. Closest I could get to a Franklin or Yorktown design was the Discovery uniform in grey with division color panels.
Speaking of the Discovery uniform; is there any chance that we could get the Discovery combadges - or at least the Admiral's combadge - unlocked for use with other uniforms? The Starfleet insignia with laurals design of it is awesome (my compliments to the CBS costume department - it's joined the TWOK and AGT insignia in my top three, knocking out the 'Future Imperfect' design.) and I'd love to be able to use it with a TWOK or Kelvin Admiral top...

Can we please have the black badges and uniforms seen on the Discovery OPS crew as well as the Cadet rank badges.
They are there. Captains only (from what I've seen) and it's the last color choice. Blackest that it gets.
The Captain's badge has the rank on it through. The crew with the black badges, which are technically silver, are referred to as black badges because they have no rank or insignia on them.

The one I was using and based the photoshop above on was the TNG series 1 top.

It's not too bad; I used the AGT top when I tried the Kelvin uniform on a character because it can do that black 'yoke' stripe across the chest and shoulders is really the only difference with a TNG top.

My bad. I hadn't notice on the show they were plain. I went back, and looked at them again, and they are sweet looking plain, and in just black.
Instead of a new costume. I'd like to request a Tailor and Outfit update.
Move all armor pieces in to the corresponding Armor selection and do away with the set selections entirely.
Fix all the blasted clipping issues with current outfits, which tend to make all outfits look horrid.
I like this, except for one thing: I'd like to keep the set selections for the purpose of making it easy to put the full set on a character, be it the main toon or a BOFF. I'd also like to expand this selection to include purchased uniforms as well (like the Mirrorverse or Academy uniforms) so we don't have to search through all the uniform parts to give a toon/BOFF a full uniform of a specific type. Now, I would like to keep the individual pieces selectable as well through the standard setup for those times you want to mix and match both uniform and armor parts.
Space Barbie Extraordinaire. Got a question about Space Barbie? Just ask.
Things I want in STO:
1) More character customization options such as more clothing options, letting the toon complexion affect the entire body, not just the head. Also a true RGB color picker applied to all costume and appearance options, which would allow for true appearance customization and homogenous colors instead of "this same exact color looks vastly different on two different pieces."
2) Bridge customization, not bridge packs. Let us pick a general layout and adjust the color palette, console appearance, and chair types, as well as more ready room layout options.
3) Customizable ground weapons, i.e. The aesthetic look of phaser dual pistols but they shoot antiproton bolts. For obvious reasons this would only apply to standard ground weapons.
4) For the love of Q please revamp Plasma Ground Weapons. They look like demented Supersoakers right now.
5) True Vanity Impulse and Deflector effects similar to Vanity Shields.
6) A greater payout for hitting T6 Reputations. Currently it takes more time and resources to get from T5 to T6 than it does to get from nothing to T5. Make that grind really pay out at the end.
7) Mirrorverse Refugee event similar to AoY/Delta/Gamma, complete with new Mirrorverse recruits for all factions.
8) Independent Faction, because yo ho yo ho a pirate's life for me!

That I don't mind. I had meant to edit that in, to keep the set selections. But to also make them available in the armor selections of the tailor as individual pieces.
I want a banana hammock with butt floss swimsuit available in neon colors for the sole purpose of putting it on a Gorn.

Agreed. I would also like the Wells uniforms to have an admiral's variant and a mirror universe variant as well.
