Can't get passed the Klingon war story arc.

Been playing on Pc for year and both my children are playing on my ps4 on the game. Both have completed the Klingon story arc one child has 100% other 90% after skipping 2 episodes but both have played temp ambassdore and competed the story arc both are level 22 but neither can start the wasteland story arc or the temp missions.

There all grey and locked out.

Anyone have any ideas?

The only times a mission has been disabled for me has been when my level wasn't high enough or I hadn't completed prerequisite missions. Hopefully it's one of the two and not a new bug introduced with the latest update.

I have a friend on PS4 which got the same problem this morning, he finished the Klingon Arc but all the other missions are locked, and no mission hail to unlock the next episode :
Yesterday war / Nimbus
Can you fix please ...

Sorry that you guys are having issues too but I thankful for replies and help but also thankful it's not just me. They've break there hearts if they had to start again they've done so well.

Definitely don't start over--just give them time to find and fix the problem.

Supposedly running the featured episode fixes that. Have they ran Beyond the Nexus yet?

some ideas..
try to replay the last mission you could complete (or maybe some others you have finished
try leveling to 40 - this should unlock the delta quadrant missions
check out "incoming hails" - hail everyone
join in a team with someone and try playing missions together
try delete the settings-file on your ps4 (it contains nothing important)
try reinstall the game
what about the "yesterdays war" story? anything availaible there? or somthing you can replay?
defo try leveing somehow!

We tried to invite a friend which that episode locked, and shared him the 1st mission of the episode, but it didn't have worked, the 2nd mission of the episode have not been unlocked once he finished the first...

Ive had the exact same situation happen to me. I’m 100% done with the Klingon story but I haven’t had any “hails” for either of the next missions that are supposed to be unlocked at level 20.

I’ve been out of town for a week and haven’t been able to log onto my PS4 since November 12. Can anyone that has also had this problem confirm if they have fixed the issue?

I get home in two days and am hoping that there has been a fix to this when I log in. I’ve been very excited about this MMO, and was even thinking about doing the life time membership, but I cant justify paying for that if I can’t trust that I will be able to play the missions.

Have they fixed this?

We think it's fixed. I haven't heard any new complaints about locked missions since the latest update.
