anyone else having problems with discovery uniforms?

I'm having trouble finding the uniform to equip as its not in the general uniform selection. I can't seem to find the pants either. Also anyone have a good link to the color pallet guide to make these look authentic?

It's in Uniform - Jacket Loose near the end of the list for the top, Uniform - Pants Tight for the pants.
As for the colors, I went with B17, B18 for the two slots for blue as it's the colors I think look better in a "normal" tailor (like the DS9 one). For the rest, it depends on the rank. For Lt, I chose A13 for the lines, badge and arrowheads of the boots.

The metallic parts on the uniform could be more defined honestly. EThe stripes on the pants and the arrowhead pattern on the top and pants.
