I'm done three PvE queues since maintenance ended and every time I leave the map my game crashes

it seems completely random for me: the breach, kobali prime, character change
cryptic, how can you do that to us?? why don't you test your software??
..almost every update something realy awfull is happenig..
you could make this game easily 10x better, if you just would focus more on bug-fixing

Thank you for contacting us. If you are experiencing network issues when playing our games from a console there's very little that we can test for from the console itself, but if you have access to a PC we can dig deeper into your network and advise you better. For in-depth networking help for your console alone you will need to talk to Sony or Microsoft directly.
There are some simple things you can try on your own to improve your connection. If your console is connected to your network over Wi-Fi please try to use a hard-wired connection. If that's not possible please note your console's location in relation to your wireless router. Wi-Fi signal is emitted from the router up and out, like a mushroom shape, so you never want to be located in a room directly below the router. The number of, and thickness of walls will also degrade the Wi-Fi signal considerably. Older homes may have brick walls or extremely thick plaster that could disrupt the signal. Appliances can also play a huge part, so try not to have the kitchen in between your console.
I know for a faces it a not my internet and the code ce-38700-8. On the PlayStation tells me to update the game. Which I did and this is what is happening. Before the last update that took for 12 hours to finish my game never crashed once.
I wish they would.man up and say sorry we goofed up and are plan to fix and make it up to you players.
They still have not fixed the basic small stuff in the game. How many of you notice when mining or that it says at the top to use your arrow buttons. I swear on my control its use the joy stick. How about you?

btw.. DEFINITELY reboot your console before you go to sompek!!
that way i can play one game without crashing.. but only 1 time.. had a crash for trying to play it 2 times in a row without reboot

I've sent many, many reports at the CE-38700-8 error screen. Unfortunately these reports go to Sony, not Arc and I doubt that Sony are wanting to bug Arc as much as we are!
