KDF Skant on Gorn character

Using the "Skant" skirt on a Gorn character won't let me use bare Gorn feel. Forces boots to be used.

    I don't have a Gorn captain to try it out, but I can use bare feet with the skant on some Gorn bridge officers. Others don't have that option. The bare feet option exists, definitely bugged.

    Probably in the "will never bother fixing" category, like all the l/r color palette glitches with the Romulan items, or the numerous 23c Fed chest symbols that don't show up for any uniform tops other than 23c.

    I also have the no Bare Gorn feet bug. It would be nice if they will fix this, the KDF skant looks good on the Gorn otherwise.

    Yeah, I'd like to have SOME option to simulate the TOS Gorn uniform. This is the closest we'll likely get.
