Missing Miracle Worker Training Manual

Maxed out the Miracle Worker Spec on my FED TAC Captain. Trained 3 BOFFs so far in the Specialization. Cannot train the Ground Skill: Generate Ablative Protection III. The manual is not available at the ESD Bridge Officer Trainer, nor is the recipe available in Crafting.

I took at look at this, and the option to craft it is there, just named incorrectly. If you scroll down to the Temporal Operative manuals you will see it in that list. I have fixed the incorrect display name, but am not certain as to how soon that fix will go out.
