No Specialization Qualification - Miracle Worker with 21 points.

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
The character has the Specialization Qualification - Command so i know where it is suppose to be, but my Captain does not have Specialization Qualification - Miracle Worker as an option.

    is anyone missing the Miracle Qualification in Officer Training from R&D?

    I finally got Specialization Qualification - Command at 22 points. The same time you get the lvl 3 Boff Skills.

    just seen the patch notes for thrusday...will be fixed back at 10 points
