The Game is Stuck on Patching

Hi everyone I tried to download the patch yesterday and now it's stuck on patching I tried on a different computer to see if that would work and it still wont download the game can anyone help I'm trying to get the Discovery Uniform before it is gone.

If you are launching though Arc, try running the direct launcher. Also you can try running one (or both but one at a time) proxy servers for patching (under options in the launcher, before logging in)

No that didn't work but thank you for trying to help, it wont load or something I have submitted a ticket for help.

It seems to be working I just hope it downloads the whole thing I had to uninstall Star Trek and restart my computer and it seem to work fingers crossed once again thank you for the help.

Here's hoping for the best. I know how I'd feel if unable to play.
