Agreed, it is broken since a long time, at the release of the game on PS4, Visiting Enginery and main staff room was possible and fun, and we could change the layout of our ship interior, but when Cryptic released a patch (don't remember which one), they broken that...
ATM we can visit the interior of your ship only on Romulan ships, and if you have paid for a special interior like,e the Fed Pathfinder with the interior from Voyager...
Really Cryptic should fix that bug !!!

Yes it's good to see im not alone here we've got to get cryptic hear us. Not being able to move around in a ship i purchased is frustrating. Seems like this issue is not being fixed maybe because they want us to buy the bridges available for zen (Im not doing that).
You are not alone, but players don't react to topic, and Cryptic will never fix something like that which is not really important for them, and more than this, CRYPTIC WILL NOT FIX SOMETHING WHICH WILL PUSH YOU TO BUY AN SPECIAL INTERIOR ON THE C_STORE _ BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR SPECIAL INTERIOR YOU CAN GO IN YOUR STARSHIP ENGINEERING AND CREW ROOM !!!

Is it necessary to post this bug elsewhere in order to get cryptic attention? If so where/how do we do that. I agree - we need to get some traction on this issue.
If you found any new bug, post it as commentary on abstrusrejoinder profile (it help them, because they are developing season 14 and have a lot of work) - by the way, we should understand, that is a minor bug, it doesn't broke the gameplay, cost us dilithium, or zen, or even money.. it is simply a very little annoying bug, so i can imagine that sort of bugs are not a priority 1. https://forum.arcgames.com/startrekonline/profile/abstrusrejoinder#9208

Yes, i have a friend with the Pathfinder + Special voyager interior and he can visit all his ship trough the turbo lift (engineering, crew room, ...)...
I remember at the beginning on STO Console, it was possible to visit the ship interior, and all the rooms, but after some time it bugged and have never been fixed...
By the way i can understand STO developers, because they have a lot of things to fix and that is a minor bug...
It took them 1 or 2 month to fix the very well and hateful turn rate bug on escorts (some ship turn rate were broken), so something as minor as Starship turbo-lift will never be fixed (or may be in one year or two ^)...
I really have the feeling that we Console Star Trek online players and PAYERS are forgotten by Cryptic Q&A (developers) staff, they repair anything on PC very quickly but on console, it take them a lot of time to fix anything...
Have a look on all the topics i created to notify them of bugs or console bad design (popups dialogs on top of ability radiant wheels for example), nobody never answer (from Cryptic staff), so i don't know, if they would make Console players go on other games they could't do better than this ... We console players are completely ignored by Cryptic staff...
