Although I like the game and will continue to play it, I couldn't find a "clean" uninstaller either. Arc is the only STO app listed under my apps list to uninstall (238 MB) - as the following reply below suggests.
The game isn't actually installed like a standard game, so you just delete the entire folder.

He will install Neverwinter instead. Turned out he's more into fantasy than space operas.
You CAN have both.
I followed them instructions but 'uninstall' doesn't appear. I think the only way to get rid of of STO is to re-install windows..
