Torpedo firing sequence

Torpedos do not fire in left to right order on both fore and aft..
Tested against 20 targets:
Torp 1 fired first 11 times
Torp 2 fired first 9 times
Tested with spread, high yield and different torpedo types.
The firing order of different torpedo types make a massive difference to the success of an attack.
This bug report was raised in July. If there is not a determined left to right firing sequence, there needs to be.
People stack up immunity to the point where there is only a few seconds to get an attack in. If the torps fire in the wrong order, you have to start all over again waiting for the endless immunity...
Immunity has no place in sto, Riker never said deploy the immunity!

If you're all energy weapons, firing order isn't as important but in a torp boat it's absolutely crucial
