Romulan Commendations not Ranking up

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
My Romulan Fed is not ranking up to level 4 on Engineering and Medical. They both have reached 100,000 and did not rank to 4. I added 1,500 more to the engineering thinking maybe the counter was off but still stuck at rank 3.

    Open the Hail Starfleet menu and check your In Progress tab to see if there is one there for each of the commendations. It's not always automatic once you cross the necessary threshold of XP, especially on Romulans, Delta and AoY recruits. It will also show up in the small menu showing your open missions, but if you have too many listed they will get pushed down out of the way.

    Thank you very much loveofpurple. That was it. I never thought to look there since it usually is automatic.
