The following is a condensed list of suggestions for Dev Team consideration that I have made over time which could be included in upcoming 'polishing passes' to improve overall PvE gameplay and 'Star Trek' feel of STO.
Ever thought of trying to get hired by Cryptic to actually try to implement these changes?
Indeed I have.
I sent a resume several years back. I have over 10 years experience with online gaming of all forms and have extensive experience with the Foundry in STO (it's like Dev tools 'light' for the Cryptic engine). All of my Foundry work has been very well received - with one mission even being Spotlighted. But with zero professional experience in the industry, I can see why I never got a response.
I've volunteered on several occasions to become an unpaid 'intern' and fix nearly all the issues above gratis - but again, probably because of legal issues - this may not be an option for Cryptic.

Even so, the offer still stands.
