    I doubt we'll be getting a freebie with the new episode. Or at least nothing more than the usual mission type stuff. There has not been a hint or a whisper that something was forthcoming.

    A TNG anniversary giveaway is confirmed (Type-7 Shuttle and Skant). However, why people assume it's due to today, when TNG's anniversary is the 28th, I don't know.​​

    Probably because the FE with the new Galaxy interior and LeVar Burton starts today. I doubt that the giveaways will begin today, either. This is just ramping up toward the actual anniversary. Much has changed since 2012, when they did the 25th anniversary event about 2 months early.
    This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.

    They REALLY need to re-release the FED Klingon Sash. Why is doesn't come with the the premium unlock of the species is beyond me.

    Yeah. I doubt they'll be free, though. And I actually kinda hope they won't be, as I'd love to prove I'm willing to pay for interiors (something Cryptic always seems to doubt).
