PS4 cannot download update 4.01 help!

the update starts and then i get the error code http status code:404 ce40852-9, i have tried changing the DNS and still get the message also deleted 4 games to make sure the hard drive had plenty of room 81.37 free space! I'm lost are the servers down?

Same here, currently on about my 13th attempt, passed simply being annoyed about 5 tries ago
