Vorgon Conclusions - Security Door not opening

Yep, the old problem of the Security doors not opening after solving the "Iso linear" chip puzzle is back. Just replayed it on my fed character and re-beamed back in 3 times just in case it was a temp error - but not luck.

Gave up and discarded the mission.

    What do you mean "is back" ? The only problems I ever remember seeing (and a forum search matches my memory) were player error, lining up the chips, but not in the proper sequence.

    If you have encountered a bug, posting something a bit more detailed than just saying the problem is back, especially a problem not found in a forum search, and maybe adding a screenshot or two would go a long way towards getting the problem solved. What you have posted might make you feel a little better from venting, but really nothing towards getting a bug fixed.

    When this mission was first introduced there was an error (after lining up the chips correctly) the dialog box did not show the button to open the door. Only the "move right" "column 1" and "column 2" "exit". There was a fix but as I stated the error has come back again.

    For your infomation this error has been placed on forums before and I have completed this particular mission 8 times without fail, So far from me "venting" as you put it, I have mearly pointed out that this error has re-ocurred.

    Further to my previous posts in that I said the Security Door was bugged in the mission Vorgon Conclusions, this is incorrect. After lining up the chips in the right colour, is only part one of the puzzle. It also has to be in the 'right' colour order.

    I thought that an age old problem had resurfaced when it had not - sorry!
