Another game freeze thread

Seen a couple of these threads already. Going to add this one for volume purposes, in hopes of getting some attention to the issue. Squeaky wheel and all that.

Seems the game freezes randomly on various load screens since maintenance. I'm having to restart every 10-15 minutes. So far I've frozen up beaming up from the dilithium mining station (Vlugta), zoning out of the twin core assault queue, beaming up from DS9, leaving sector space from DS9, and a few other places. I haven't noticed a pattern, it just freezes up with the loading bar half full.

Please fix. This is really a rough bug to deal with. Thanks.

I'm having the same problem specifically with the Delta Quadrant mission 'whats left behind' and beaming to 'Station 001'. Just freezes then logs me out. When I log back in I'm at the same point trying to beam over. Have to keep closing the application and restarting.

Hi! Sorry to hear you're having these issues; we're looking into this issue as we speak. We've received reports for four maps:

Risa
Nimbus III
Beta Quadrant
Alpha Quadrant.

This is game wide and appears to be getting worse. I froze on loading screen at least 5 or 6 times in roughly two to three hours this morning. Sometimes restarting the app seems to fix it temporarily. After restarting the app sometimes it freezes loading the character so i just restarted ps4. But it doesn't take long before it freezes at another random load screen.

Just had the completely game freeze on loading screen after attempting transwarp to Deferi Sector (Alpha Quadrant).

just had the game freeze again while attempting transwarp to Defera, restarting seems to fix it but this is 2 times it has happened while doing the same thing, the only difference is the last one was from Qo'nos and this time from the k7 system, both separate characters.

and a 2nd time today, this time from starbase 39 (outpost Sierra) space to defera, but it doesn't happen when transwarping from sector space alpha > beta quadrant eg. while doing tour of the galaxy, only system space to defera

I'm getting it at New Romulus now. Just finished The Warehouse, went to leave said warehouse and the game froze up entirely. Stops at the load screen and then I need to reload the game. I've lost track of the number of times this has happened to me.

Yes, loading into New Romulus can freeze from pretty much anywhere (Warehouse, Mountain Pass, planetary orbit, etc.).

had the game freeze 3 times today so far,

1st time, transwarp to Bajor sector from beta quadrant sector space
2nd time, depart system after a DSE in alpha quadrant
3rd time, return to ship after dil mining run

the freezes seem to be completely random, but they all have something in common... entering alpha quadrant area from system space, instance (i.e deep space encounter) or beta quadrant seems to trigger the freezes.

sometimes reloading the game after freeze, seems to trigger it as well b/c your character is in the alpha quadrant.
