  Although I'm on PC, I've noticed torps tend to autofire in slotting order. So if you unequipped the leftmost torp for some reason and put it back, it starts firing torps from the middle and leaves your leftmost torp the last one.

  I have tried this but didn't work for me.
  Both fore and aft torps are affected by this misfire.
  I've tried slotting 2/3/4 torps and the result is always the same.
  Tested again today and was around 50% of the time, the second torp fires first

  Tested this on two ships Intel Dreadnought and Tactical Command Battle cruiser. Not firing correctly on either. Need leftmost torp to always fire first when ready
