Kobayashi Maru Event not awarding Weekend Event Voucher?

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
Are the Vouchers limited to once per Account or Character? I did receive one for playing on my primary character, but cannot get one for this second character. Managed to get to round 4 & round 5 in two matches this evening but did not receive the Voucher. Only the choice of marks & the R&D rewards on both occasions. Should I file a support ticket? Thank You for any information on this matter.

    Answer ✓
    The Voucher is limited to one per character per 20-hour period.
    Once you have all 3, you can claim the reward and then claim on other characters from the Rep Store's Reclaim tab.
