Greetings Captains!
We will be having a maintenance tomorrow, 7/6 at 7AM Pacific on all platforms. PC for 2.5 hours, Console for 2 hours. (What time is this for me?)

    Oooh! More Xindi Ships!

    The question of the hour, though, is this: "Will the 23c T6 Dreadnought make it into the regular T6 pack or the T6 Ultra Rare pack?"

    I'm rooting for the Ultra Rare. That pack only has two ships, and the 23c dread is a bit powerful for regular T6.
    Space Barbie Extraordinaire. Got a question about Space Barbie? Just ask.

    Things I want in STO:

    1) More character customization options such as more clothing options, letting the toon complexion affect the entire body, not just the head. Also a true RGB color picker applied to all costume and appearance options, which would allow for true appearance customization and homogenous colors instead of "this same exact color looks vastly different on two different pieces."
    2) Bridge customization, not bridge packs. Let us pick a general layout and adjust the color palette, console appearance, and chair types, as well as more ready room layout options.
    3) Customizable ground weapons, i.e. The aesthetic look of phaser dual pistols but they shoot antiproton bolts. For obvious reasons this would only apply to standard ground weapons.
    4) For the love of Q please revamp Plasma Ground Weapons. They look like demented Supersoakers right now.
    5) True Vanity Impulse and Deflector effects similar to Vanity Shields.
    6) A greater payout for hitting T6 Reputations. Currently it takes more time and resources to get from T5 to T6 than it does to get from nothing to T5. Make that grind really pay out at the end.
    7) Mirrorverse Refugee event similar to AoY/Delta/Gamma, complete with new Mirrorverse recruits for all factions.
    8) Independent Faction, because yo ho yo ho a pirate's life for me!

    Well I got that wrong. Thought this Infinity would incorporate the Ferengi Lockbox and provide a non-GPL Nagus Marauder as the D'Kora T6 Upgrade. Well it seems that are back at giving out the GPL Nagus T6 Marauder in their 'Trek in the Tropics' Cruise Giveaway. We got the Xindi-Aquatic (T6 Upgraded) and Undiscovered Lockbox added though.

    The Narcine is a hell of a ship, even though it's T5-U. Well balanced and very well made. Makes me wonder with the Narcine going away if the value is going to rise over time or if the T6 upgrade will keep it down. I guess it depends on the stats of the replacement and the balance.

    Sometimes I think I play STO just to have something to complain about on the forums.

    Oh well.. here's hoping the T6 Voth ships come around next lockbox cycle..

    I would be amused if the Briostrys carrier got pilot stuff though, considering the Narcine far out-classes any other carrier(and most cruisers) in movement.

    honestly I'd suspect there's some additional seating for the T6 version, though IMHO most T6 upgrade skins have been decent enough, though I'd love it that if they updated the "classic" skin as well though granted the Narcine was one the better "earlier" skins.

    That said I was referring to the fact that some of the launch skins have not aged good at all.

    I have the T6 Tal Shiar destroyer on one of my Romulans who doesn't own the T5 version, and she can use the T5 skin just fine.

    Then again, I do have the T5 on another character.

    why u link patch notes- a single sentence like "updated a lock box" would have saved a view clicks. Fleets are dying and you are not even Close to fix Bugs. Players run away - but another Season with 1 Mission will there be soon. Maybe u check the metrics a bit more often.

    hmm I may upgrade my xindi carrier if I can keep the same appearance. For me it's one of the loveliest ships in the game.

    My primary alt toon is "full" Xindi. I must say I do love it so very much! I have all the ships, BO, traits and costumes. It has really given me interest in my UFP toon again. Whoever did the work the on the Xindi dimension of the game did a superb job. I'm of course excited for the new content but dreading the guaranteed crazy cost.

    I went through over 200 keys before deciding to buy the current T6 ships from others with far more luck than I with the lockboxes.

    I really, really hate the gambling element of the entire F2P model which is a flat-out lie. If I ever get elected to Congress, you can bet (sic) regulating the online gaming will be a high priority special interest topic of mine but that is a discussion for different thread and day...

    Looks like carriers are reemrging as a force to reckon with..The Summer event carrier is a beast when properly slotted..Managed to get the HP upto 135000 with MKXII VR..Wondering what epic would do..

    PS: Docked all my sovs for upgrades and now use the carrier as my second goto ship..And for the first time in my STO time I have gone full beams with no torps!!

    While I didn't get her up to that level of awesome, I did make my Ryn'Kodan into a cannon ship with a pretty decent turn rate. Still need to work on it, though, to really up it. One thing that helps is the broadside emitter arrays.

    I know this and in fact that's the reason I suspect they're gonna update the Narcine skin (as well as the reptilian escort one I can never remember the name for).
