cant open Kobayashi Maru weekend event store

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
i have 3 vouchers but when i 'use' them nothing happens. is there a npc i need to talk to?

    Go to the REPUTATION tab. There is a Kobyashi Maru Rep Project to use in the "Events" menu. I saw it this morning when I was turning in those Flying High Vouchers.

    I do believe you go to the REP STORE to claim rewards on your other characters.
