Everything old is new....bug still exists

  It works sometimes if you have a second quest open. I was in the mission, skipped it, choosed the next and then it worked (after I dropped the mission^^). Choosed Everything old is new again and it worked (it wasn´t the primary mission then). The second Time i tried it, it did not work. So for me its a skip mission now (again, it worked for a while).

  I find jumping onto the console you're supposed to get the device from works for me.
