Unable to Open Rash Guard Swimwear Box

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
as it says on the tin, i tried to open the romulan republic rash guard swimwear box on my lvl 60 romulan captain and it said "you do not meet the requirements for this item"
KDF for Life! <3 Romulan at Heart <3 Fed cause they made me ~ :P

    I don't know if there is a Female and Male version of those items or not. I would check you bought the "correct" one.

    Correct one purchased. I may send it to my male Romulan and see if it's a packaging description typo but I did buy it from the 'female' section as well.

    Was able to open the male version without incident on my male Romulan. The female version appears bugged.

    Hi, I'm having trouble reproducing this. I'm wondering if those affected have items in their overflow bags? The box can't be opened until the overflow bag is cleared.

    If clearing the bag doesn't work, what alignment (Fed-KDF) are the Romulans in question?

    KDF aligned Romulan. Only on the female. Have not attempted to purchase one for KDF or FED toons as yet. No issue with the KDF aligned male romulan. I will attempt to purchase one and try to open it on my FED aligned female romulan just to see. Will let you know.

    Checked on another KDF aligned female romulan character and was still unable to open the outfit. The FED aligned female Romulan did not have an issue and was able to open it with no problems. Neither KDF aligned female romulan had overflow bag.

    @abstrusrejoinder#9208, if it's any help, I was able to open the Female Romulan Rash Guard on a female Fed-aligned Romulan character. Looks like the issue might be with KDF alignment.

    Ok, we've worked this out. It should be fixed in the next patch, please let me know if it isn't :smile:
