Yeah, it's one of my stupid ideas, and it is stupid, because the whole thing is utterly unwholesome at it's core and not at all...
oh who'm I kidding? everyone knows my ideas are rot, let's get this over with.
Format: Bar location on the map, click the button (something innocuous like 'having a drink with some mates')
Barfight begins via NPC swinging a punch.
all weapons and shields in the activity are disabled (not too hard, Risa already disables weapons)
for the next 5 minutes, it's everyone at the bar against everyone. At the end of 5 minutes, 'risan shore patrol' shows up and breaks it up, conscious characters are 'arrested and fined', characters that have been knocked out can get up.
Awards: Accolades, tokens and title "Troublemaker"-survive 3 Bar Fight scenarios
Title: Brawler (survive 6 bar fights)
Title: Bouncer (Defeat all comers/10 Federation/10 Klingons 3 times.)
and we can add a 'bar room dance' contest too-the dance floor is the bar, after the fight (or before).
and maybe a PvP 'drinking contest' where the drinks mirror the health damage from a player using Ketracel White. (Poison damage) last one to drop (or the only one to survive) in the instance gets the accolade "Iron Liver".

also, i definitely want to see this in one form or another - it's pretty much the only way that one trait (brawler) from the KT box will EVER be used by intelligent players/players that know better

A normie goes "Oh, what's this?"
An otaku goes "UwU, what's this?"
A furry goes "OwO, what's this?"
A werewolf goes "Awoo, what's this?"
"It's nothing personal, I just don't feel like I've gotten to know a person until I've sniffed their crotch."
"We said 'no' to Mr. Curiosity. We're not home. Curiosity is not welcome, it is not to be invited in. Curiosity...is bad. It gets you in trouble, it gets you killed, and more importantly...it makes you poor!"
"I was here before you, I will be here after you are gone. I am here, regardless of your acknowledgement or acceptance..." - The Truth
I absolutely dislike most PvP players. In 7 years, I've only met about 5 PvP players that are decent people online that weren't in the game to belittle and harass other players. I avoid PvP ques and zones due to the hostile and verbally abusive community it promotes. I play this game for my entertainment, not to be the entertainment for someone else.
However, I would definitely participate in a bar battlezone as you suggest - if it were melee only with typical bar weapons; such as glass bottles, chairs, and the like, to be picked up and used. The way PvP players constantly harass others online would appear like normal gameplay in a bar battlezone. PvP players are experts in abusive dialogue.
As much as I enjoy and play this game to immerse myself in the Star Trek vision of a better society, bar fights have been in every series of Star Trek. It would probably be the only PvP que in which I would participate.
Interesting idea indeed.

Just Like Chick Norris - Successful Crit Hit on five Sweeping Strikes in a row during a fight.
Let Me Rock You Jackie Chan - Suffer five Crit Hits during a fight without going unconscious.
Fists of Fury - Defeat an entire bar full of enemies by yourself.
Ballroom Blitz - Five or more Fleet members involved in the same brawl simultaneously.
Anyone got any more, please feel free to add 'em in.
I'd make it so that once part of the fight you can't exit, you knew the risks when you entered. Cowards who flee from battle are sent to grethor (or however you spelled it again)
