Risa summer event - bartender needed

in Star Trek Online General Discussion
Any chance we could get a bartender NPC at the deserted 'clocktower' bar this year?
(It's the tower with a bar but no barteneder halfway between the resort and promenade)

Traveling between the two areas for activities is thirsty work!

    You'd think these hedonistic Risians would have 'support' personnel available wherever they could be. However, the Bartender may not know when to show up for work now that Cryptic scr*wed up the Day/Night Cycle on Risa with the Lighting 2.0 rollout. :)

    Also, bring back those Klingons for the Mok'Bara on a consistent basis.

    All day all the time.

    You have to watch NPCs gather on the walks to know when it's 'night' and fireworks will soon happen.

    The Klingon and Trill argue in the daylight.

    The Klingons for the Mok'Bara only show up very very rarely.

    Pavel gives you his quests to find him at Midnight but then proceeds to the spot very soon after he gives it to you. He is very confused.

    Yeah, it can get funny there. :)

    I'll go one step further. Cryptic (ie. @ambassadorkael#6946), would it be possible to hold an NPC design contest for a new bartender?

    Use Foundry tailor (standardizes everything), create a character, each user provides general screenshot, select winner, ask for their character sliders (it's a term we know, don't worry), hand them over to design person, press buttons to make game design happen...profit?

    I like that idea a lot, actually.

    Probably won't happen for the Summer Event, but maybe in the future.

    Gotta add that this version is the original. And way better.

    As for the OP: I like that idea too. My main already has some almost-clones on Risa (by pure accident, I am certain they were before I made my toon, but I made it before coming to Risa the first time around), maybe I can get another of my toons there :)
