unable to purchase zen

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
Been trying to purchase some zen today to buy some ships in c-store. But after I have tryed to buy zen I get this message saying that I have reached my spending limit?

    seems broken today, if you do get it to work it seems to take forever to get the zen anyway, hours even and nothing shown up yet.

    same problem I want Cryptic to take my money but for some unknown reason they... hate...my.... money...? and they want all my information they already have to only raise it another $200.00? what is the reason for this?
