[Ps4] Unable to change ship registry

in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
Per the title I am unable to modify any ship registry for my TOS Fed character. The field to change it is missing and the registry doesn't even show in the ship menu.

Any idea if this is a known issue being addressed for the next patch? Thanks.

    This seems to be resolved now. But I don't know what did it. It just started working out of the blue. I never saw it as something said to have been fixed though.

    Sometimes the registry does not display on the ship screen at random. That small issue affects for both of my toons. I can live with that though.
