Ship stuck in dry dock

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
I've got the T1 light cruiser stuck in my dry dock. Every time I try to remove it the game tells me "you may only have one light cruiser". Even tho there's not another light cruiser in the inventory.

    its not just the federation side either I have the same problem on my romulan and Klingon the only T1 starter ship that seems unaffected by this is the 23rd century utility cruiser

    Yes this, on my Federation character. It's just filling up a drydock slot and I'm very sure I do not have another Light Cruiser nor do I have another ship of the same name, or anything else that could be causing confusion. It's a bug.
