1) Patterns for outfits/uniforms. Allow us to apply the patterns we have for ships (eg Corvus, Cygnus, Gemini, Sagittarius etc) directly to clothing, with 2 or more colours combined (with some parameters for uniforms, not going completely crazy). Plus maybe some camoflague pattern options for armour. It would provide a lot more variety and individuality to outfits, IMO.
2) More facial and body customization options, directly inspired by certain canon alien species, thus allowing us to create them from different options of facial, head and skin types. For example, appropriate nose and mouth-types to create one of these:
http://memory-alpha.wikia.com/wiki/Betelgeusian
Appropriate skin type for one of these:
http://memory-alpha.wikia.com/wiki/Arcturian
Appropriate hair, facial hair, nose and segmented skin:
http://memory-alpha.wikia.com/wiki/Antican
Appropriate everything:

I managed to just about make one of these babies (
http://memory-alpha.wikia.com/wiki/Satarran) but can't make the chest right, so option to customize the body skin as well as head would also be great, if possible.
Are we ever going to see this stuff...?

(Clarification: that's not a cynical question. An F2P game has to have some revenue stream in order to keep going and support development, so if there's revenue potential it stands a chance. If it's just for grins and giggles, it won't get done. The time will be spent on something with revenue potential.)
STO technically has patterns too, but only enabled on a few outfit pieces and only patterns specific to that outfit.
But then CO's tailor is lightyears ahead STO in pretty much every way.
Later on sell the interior including some other stuff and a few boffs in a TNG pack, just like the ds9 pack and TOS pack
Poker.
I just think the character/costume builder here has a solid foundation, but not quite enough variety.
