Missing PVE missions

Copied from my ticket response, all but my initial statement and ticket number were removed as I don't think they contain any pertinent information for support staff :
Ticket Reference # 170430-000044
Attempting to complete several open missions for fleet actions but don't see it listed in the PVE queue, have they been removed? Breaking the planet, Starbase 24, the big dig, slowing the expeditionary force, and halting the Gorn advance aren't listed in the PVE queue which is all that's brought up if I travel to the listed locations. According to what I see online they should be unlocked as my character has progressed far enough (lvl 57).

Yes! So much this. Very frustrating. I'm the type that likes to dot every i and cross every t. Having these missions hanging out there, seemingly unable to complete, is very frustrating. I'm also playing on Xbox so maybe these missions just haven't been made available for consoles yet. I did find a site (link below) that at least gave the alternate names for the missions as it isn't always clear - like the Gorn one.
