    Might want to update this line in the post:

    5,000 Zen ($49.99) – 20% Bonus (3,600 Zen)

    Either you are getting 8600 zen or you are getting 1400 less :P. Thought you might want to know.

    I see it was updated to show 8600 TY for updating and seeing the issue but, 5k +20% is 6k. Not including the 300 bonus you get automatically. I was being a bit silly in the above post wishing it was 8600 :). Again, thank you for updating and preventing anyone from getting confused.

    Should be 6k (not including the 300 you always get as bonus).

    Is Cryptic getting desperate or something? Key sale, then key sale with ultimate upgrade thingy so we can use it for a soon to be nerfed item, now a zen sale? Waiting for a Ferengi yard sale next.

    I have never been on probation.

    Then again, I use my credit card to purchase directly from Arc's billing site.

    Well hey - they have Second Quarter financial profitability targets to reach. When you're doing changes that drive players away, you gotta make up the slack somehow.

    It's not with every purchase. It's for new unverified accounts. Probation is for security purposes and nothing else and is not repeatedly applied.

    So did i and used the same card in the previous 10 purchases on a pc registered in account guard. was immediately put on probation where ive been for a week now. no one will even tell me how long this will last as they wont eve discuss it with me.

    also they took the money immediately and then put me on probation. but they said its not their fault because its upto the computer! they have nothing to do with it app lol. im starting to think ive been done over as theyve had the money a week and wont allow me to use the zen. but then wont even discuss it with you. seems dodgy to me

    Argh, so tempting with the Zen bonus. And right when I was trying to convince myself to pull-back on spending & play STO only casually after wasting over a month's savings of ECs buying keys & getting pretty much bupkis. At least I'm not tempted with the current key sale too so I seem to be partially cured. I'll have to consider & decide with this Zen sale though & save it for another future sale to combine the savings.

    Why i can't charge directly via my visa credit card? I can choose only Paypal, Skrill or Paysafe. Was it cancelled for Europe paying via credit card?

    Yup. Remember when seasons lasted for months with multiple episodes in the storyline? New content is now mostly ships available only through lockbox gambling.
