Is this intentional? Because that wouldn't be good at all. I was looking forward to getting one of those pistols on the exchange.

    Not intentional. Patch coming tomorrow to make them Bind on Account, and they'll be given random mods instead of them all being [Dmg]x3

    I'm assuming this won't be retroactive.​​

    The funny thing is I wasted a tribble copy of my character when I got a dmgx3 ground weapon to see how it looked and performed, thinking I'd get some money from it on the exchange on Holodeck if I didn't like it.

    Then, I realized it was bind on pickup and that was why there wasn't any on the exchange.
