Not receiving my Voth operative transmission marks

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
This is on the XBox 1 we have been doing into the breach for three days now and only got the Voth Transmissions the first time play through and have not received any more, it's suppose to reset every 20 hour's and it has not in 3 days now.
Please check into it.. is there a work around to fix it?

    The event ended on april 7th at 11 am so if you did it after that time you were sol on getting it.
