yes, it does; i was forced into an upgrade to 10 in mid-december and i haven't had any issues with STO at all - beyond the usual, which are beyond my control
A normie goes "Oh, what's this?"
An otaku goes "UwU, what's this?"
A furry goes "OwO, what's this?"
A werewolf goes "Awoo, what's this?"
"It's nothing personal, I just don't feel like I've gotten to know a person until I've sniffed their crotch." "We said 'no' to Mr. Curiosity. We're not home. Curiosity is not welcome, it is not to be invited in. Curiosity...is bad. It gets you in trouble, it gets you killed, and more importantly...it makes you poor!"
Passion and Serenity are one.
I gain power by understanding both.

I am a shadow, darkness born from light.
The Force is united within me.
If you get the 64 bit version and use an AMD card you'll more than likely get a warning about out of dates drivers. Ignore it.
I think they fixed that like over a year ago with Win10. Never had any warning about out of date drivers and I am using a AMD Radeon card. I don't think any OEM versions of Win 10 are 32 bit IRCC that was for upgrading an older 32 bit Win7 system to Win10.
OP running STO on Win10 64 no problems at all in fact it runs better then it did with Win8.1 64 that I had I upgraded from. So with an OEM install there shouldn't be any issues at all. There are few things you may want to turn off in Win10 more out of them being useless to me anyway then any real problem. But the truth is they are actually less annoying then the Win8 TRIBBLE tiles. A quick web search will help you easily turn the garbage off. I really have come to like Win10 and stop missing XP64.

Have 64bit and AMD A8 and have no issues on my laptop beyond the rare FPS slow down.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.

I did have that until I doubled my RAM. I suspect it is a low ram issue. I may be wrong if so maybe someone more computer savy can enlighten us.
It all depends on yuour own graphics settings. I have 8GB RAM, 1 GB is dedicated to Graphics, but it can call on more. STO's FPS issues are related more to the age of the engine than our systems. With the dropping of DX9 support, this could herald a major graphics engine updated on top of the lighting 2.0 update, which will mean the graphics will begin to come to par with newer games. I happened to check on TaskManager and the game was only using 1GB RAM (I think the current engine tops out a 2GB) so a new engine will be able to request more memory with newer systems.

This. But aside from that, it works perfectly. I've had no Win10 related issues with STO since upgrading.

Ok that makes sense.
