It's called the Little Details arc, they give it all away. The fact that you didn't edit the post after you released the patch means you forgot about the patch notes. Which means your entire team is full of people who can't organize
It wasn't miscommunication with the consumer, it was miscommunication with Arc and their employees, hint to this. why wasn't the event announcement edited after the patch notes were released. You guys needs to provide us with sizable compensation, the fact you are debating when we have provided sizable evidence proves it. we shouldn't be led suffer because of your miscommunication with your employee's
Been playing a month and already shafted....1 day away from the ship and arc close the event early! I was really enjoying this and was considering a lifetime membership....now I find myself looking at other options. I guess we'll have to wait and see what they say.
If you ever contact support and get Mortolla as your rep, ask him to transfer you to someone else, he makes it his personal mission to not do his job. Every time I have talked to him, I have asked him to transfer me to someone because he will not resolve any problem even if there is clear evidence supporting the player he talks to. If you talk to him, know that you should ask him to transfer you to someone else. It was because of him I had a hard time getting the I.S.S Stadi Admirality card and the Mirror Universe Star Cruiser. I am just letting you guys know that he will not read any thing you post, it was very evident when he thought I was talking about the giveaway week when I didn't mentioned it once. Proving that he does not care enough to read a post at all, or to read the news his team provides. Example is that he didn't know the Tal shirt box was released on Console and didn't know that the Mirror Universe Star Cruiser was one of the ships dropped. Or that the I.S.S Stadi was given to all platforms during the last Mirror Universe Invasion Event. He doesn't look into any information at all, even if you provide all the correct information for him. You literally have to talk to another rep which isn't right for his team, nor is it right to his customers
Does any one know if next years anniversary vouchers will be able to be used to complete this years?
They are giving 40 vouchers but The last day has completely stuffed me up. I grabbed an omega daily mission at 10 am Thu but never did it, and planned on doing it the next day mar 17th when I had the full day to spare to concentrate on it, so Fri morning I would have done the omega daily and then turned it in and immediately did again as 20 hours would have already counted down, plus on another account I did the same and missed the echoes of light mission so lost 400 there too, which I was planning to do on friday I arranged to have free to do it in.
They are giving 40 vouchers but will not be enough to complete, and if I want to complete it will have to pay £216 in master keys to get lobi crystals from lock boxes and buy the vouchers from
I missed out on one day of the winter event and had to buy 40 winter tokens, and that meant buying 20 master keys. The £216 is worked out from that.
Cryptic mess up and we have to pay? If the event ended on march 17th I would have completed the projects on both accounts and not have to buy more vouchers from drozana.
What would have been better was just bring the event back for one more day, or as a weekend rerun.

Console should be compensated for this inconvenience. For Having lost two days of the event, as well as having to wait for you guys to fix this. It is very inconvenient and frustrating.
