Kelvin Timeline Intel Dreadnaught Cruiser Graphics Problems

I got a Kelvin Timeline Intel Dreadnaught last week and the graphics were perfect until yesterday. Now everything seems blurred and the resolution does not look right. However it looks fine with Iconian Shields. My other ships seem ok

Does anyone know what the problem is?

    Also I can't see it in the ship taylor or on the login screen
