I am sorry to inform you, I have been ban for no reason, I can not access any pvp missions on star trek online plus I am not leaving at all then reports to me:

(Warning!

You are leaving ArcGames.com

Heads up, you are now leaving Arc Games! Remember to not share ac- count information as the site you are attempting to reach is not affiliated with Arc Games.

Okay - I Understand
Continue to link and leave Arc Games.

No thanks
Take me back to Arc Games.
)

I will never leave Arc games at all as I pay monthly for Star Trek online as I understood there could be a bug or problem with in game or the company.

I am a special needs user who's on nearly everyday as many others who may have this iusse who are able body as well.

yours

Matthew

Its not clear to someone reading your post, what you are look at on the screen - is this an email, a popup in arc, a message from the st:o launcher, something else?

I assume that people intentionally banned would get an email, perhaps someone could confirm this.

Once the staff and other users can understand what you are looking at, they should be able to offer some advice.

It sounds like you clicked on something in arc that directed you away from arc, and arc didn't like it. Have you tried simply closing arc and st:o, reopening arc and starting st:o from Home?

Also if you have Steam installed, ST:O can be opened in steam instead of arc.

Its probably a temporary ban, you can get those if you leave a mission early, perhaps due to internet connection, or players complain thinking that you weren't helping on purpose, I've had them, everyone has, usually it just resets itself in a day. If the ban stays for days and days then there is an issue and they really shoud have sent you an email.

During a ban you can always do some Foundry missions.

It might be a good idea for you to join a fleet that is well organised like ufp, they have a website ufplanets.com, which has a procedure to apply for membership and their own web forum. I think they'd be more supportive and helpful than most fleets, and they have fully developed fleet holdings so you can get fleet gear.

ok I am level 60 player and I am already in a fleet thanks, I keep in mind about Foundry missions.

But I never left mission early, I like to say that different users have different skills of doing the missions, may I add
players complain thinking I was not able to do the mission/Event for e.g. just shows how much do they know about me as a person or STO player.

In my STO profile it states that I have special needs.

    thanks

In advanced queues players like it if other players have the chat open, for example when I do a level for the first time I say I'm a noob at this one, helps stop grumpier players getting angry about nothing. Experienced players will offer helpful advice on chat and if a players asks will even hang around after the run is over to be give tips.

In general players that aren't really fast on the controls can help the team with abilities that bunch enemies togther, lower their damage resistance and provide team wide boosts. For all but the highest dps players its teamwork that makes queued levels go smoothly, super high dps guys can beat everything easily, the rest of us have to work together.

thats true I agree I wish more users were more opened minded, it does not matter what fleet they come from or race or were they come from, I totally agree with your statement "In general players that aren't really fast on the controls can help the team with abilities that bunch enemies togther, lower their damage resistance and provide team wide boosts. For all but the highest dps players its teamwork that makes queued levels go smoothly, super high dps guys can beat everything easily, the rest of us have to work together."

I may be experienced user but my disabilites tell me other wise because I am not really fast on the controls because I am user that can only use one hand instead of two due to my right side suffers with CP.

postinggum you are not a noob you very understanding person and your message could go out to others that feel the way I do.

    thanks

Hi mattymanson, sorry to hear you've been having these issues!

Arc has had a few technical difficulties over the past several hours. If you're having continued problems with it, please submit a ticket here by clicking "contact support": https://support.arcgames.com/app/home

As for the PvP ban, is it possible that you were AFK during a queue (of any kind)? How long have you been having the issue?

Ok, it looks like this is going to have to go through customer service (the link I provided above). I'm sorry I don't have a better answer than that, but they will be able to look at your specific situation to figure out what's going on.
