I seem to recall when playing on PC that Kuumaarke was voice acted by Kipleigh Brown but on Xbox I don't hear her.

    There's many voice overs broken throughout many missions in the game - Kuumaarke's lines from Echoes of Light are just one example.
    This issue is not limited to Xbox either - numerous voiceovers are broken on PS4 and PC too!

    I've noticed when playing on the PS4 she has a voice over, but not on XboxOne. Sort of odd if you ask me, why would they elave it out?

    As stated by inferiority, it is a bug. Last week when I played the mission on the PC, Madran's (the Ferengi)
    voice over was missing.
