Mission rewards bug

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
Hey there, so I have made a new character on the Xbox and reached the mission facility 4028. I see in the mission rewards the duty officer requisition pack, so thanks for fixing that. However, I just redid that mission with my older character to see if I would get the pack, and I did not. I guess it's a first time completion reward which is fine. I was just wondering if there is anything those of us who finished the mission before you updated it can due to get that requisition pack as it contains 3 vital duty officers?

    i'm having the same issue here, no Jem'hadar duty officers for older characters before the duty officer update perhaps?

    Same issue here, except the doff box still doesn't show as a reward. I'm also having the same problem with Somog, the ferengi Doff that gives latinum for kills.
