PS4 Ship turbo lifts not working

I have not had access to my other decks on any of the ships on any of my accounts. I can go to my bridge but none of the turbo lifts work or even offer options for different decks.

Only Constitution and Romulan (standard) layouts currently expand past the bridge, at the moment, on console. I'm sure it'll be fixed once the bigger issues are taken care of.
