Well it seems even though Agent Philip Crey says that we have rewards, the Temporal Beacon is still only just a pretty item taking up inventory space. It does not activate to give rewards for anything. Nor does the item seem to 'automatically' activate to give any sort of rewards. What was the logic behind using the thumbstick for omega scanning?
The dpad or ABXY buttons would have made way more sense for all the scan based minigames. Specially for the omega one though as you have to contend with the old PC "feature" of the speed increase jumping ahead by 4 blobs. Assuming of course the game doesnt simply stop it after a few seconds with a score of 45.
