[PC and Console] Downtime stream next Tuesday!

Greetings, Captains!

Next Tuesday, February 21, all Cryptic games (PC & Console) will be down for maintenance for roughly 6 hours, starting around the usual time.

But all is not lost. While the games may be down, you will still be entertained. Myself and my Fantasy Elf Barbie counterpart, Julia (@nitocris83) will be hosting a dual Community Manager stream on Facebook and the Perfect World Twitch channel! Starting at 8:30am PT, join us on Twitch or Facebook to chat, ask questions about life at Cryptic, get to know your CMs, win prizes, and more!*

    The stream isn't going to be much consolation to people who usually play during those six hours and lose a day of their Anniversary project progress. It might cost some people their ship until next year.

    Dunno where to ask but the PS4 account server isn't going through is the PS4 version down? I wish you wonderful guys to make a server status for ps4 and xbone on the site it's frustrating to not see if the game is down or on mantance. Thanks love AoY expac on ps4!

    Wondered the same thing myself..
    Saturday night here, kids have gone to bed and thought i would relax on the recliner with some sto but no go.
    And you are right, we need something on there to alert us that servers are down for the consoles, even attempted a neverwinter login to see, but alas they are not connecting either, so i guess i may as well go lay down in bed with a good movie...

    Yup it definitely might cost me my ship.

    As long as all the newly introduced bugs and game freezes are fixed on xb1 I'm happy. Nothing ruins a good pvp battle like a screen freeze for 10 seconds.

    My only questions:

    When will turn rate be fixed, and how the ! Did it get broken again?
    When will the Temporal Rewards be unlocked?
    When will the bug about tailor slots becoming locked to the first costume type put in them be solved?
    When will you add buttons for ship vanity toggle on/off and in-field costume slot swapping?

    Link for 'time in your zone' suggests this maintenance took place back in October. Please update it and stay awake ;)

    From the console patch notes:
    Extended the anniversary event by 1 day.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    Too bad these things happen mostly during Euro prime time... guess we europeans aren't important...

    Please... Every. Single. Time. The devs are in California, USA. They're going to conduct maintenance during THEIR hours of business. That may be inconvenient for you, but that's the way it is, the way it's always been, and the way it always will be. I suggest you adjust fire accordingly.
