Your best hope is that the console is eventually added to the Phoenix box promo.
Quite possibly never. Might become a phoenix box prize. Might be a one-and-done opportunity.
It's a similar situation as the MIrror Guardian Cruiser back in the fall of 2015. Players were only able to get a code to claim the ship if they donated at least $15 (I think) to Chase Masterson's charity against bullying. It was during the time I took a 5 month break from STO. I didn't even know about it until January 2016 and of course it was too late by then.
I saw the Attack Wing U.S.S. Enterprise-E cruiser selling for around $80 on Amazon a few days ago. You can always contact WizKids and ask if they will release any more of 'em. But it seems like a limited production run to me.
Supposedly the Star Trek Attack Wing: Wave 27 USS Enterprise-E 2016 Paint (Reprint) WILL have another run. It's in May I think. I saw it somewhere a few weeks ago when trying to find one myself. I would contact your local WizKids distributor and get either on their short list or better yet, try and pre-order it if they will let you. This second run will be very limited as well, so if you wait until you see Cryptic post a blog about it, it will probably be too late. If you do manage to find someone to pre-order it from, make sure that it is Wave 27. There is another E (wave 24 I think) that a lot of places will say they have or can get, but it doesn't have the code. Made that mistake myself
I spoke to Wizkids on twitter, and there is another reprint happening this February.
Had a pre-order for the thing since mid November last year, but not holding my breath in the hope of actually getting it.
