XBOX - Skills not showing on skill wheel

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I'm posting for someone else who is in my fleet and has been having this problem. He changed his crew stations up with new skills and sent me a screen shot of what he was using. However when he goes into his ship he has no skills on the wheel. I have no idea what could cause that. His stations are properly assigned so they should be there, correct? Trying to help out a new player, but I have no idea what he may have done. He is in the T6 fed escort carrier.

    Did ur fleet active?im on xbox also...my current fleet is dying....im the one who contribute dil....All resources for fleet project.....and im tired alone for that....if ur fleet active pls invite me leenaz@leenaz....

    I do believe...if his ship in battl mode (engaging enemy)then the wheel got skill...

    Ya, our fleet is very active. Vanguard Command. Sent Invite. If you don't have it message Mackey@Darth Ravadge
