Unremovable Superior Romulan Operative trait

Today after i retrained skills on my alien character i found out that my traits were unslotted , except on 9th slot there is superior romulan operative that dont suppose to even be there. I cant remove it bc its not on list so impossible to uncheck it. It doesnt seem to work too becouse it shows 1sec. and all other passive traits show 99999sec.
Recently i bought romulan BOffs so i guess their trait somehow leaked to my space traits after retrain...
So now i got one space trait slot blocked by this. Any ideas what to do?

    Change zones once or twice. That should clear it up.

    I did that many times (zone changing, relogging), and its still there.

    Ok i found a way to work around this, i didnt knew u can click drag traits so i just replaced it by other one.
