(Bug)Cannot Claim Type II phaser compression pistol from Lobi Store

Tried on multiple characters to purchase it. Comes up saying "I do not meet the requirements". Others have reported same issue in zone chat.

    I'm not able to purchase the weapon either

    Hi there!
    This was listed in today's patch notes: "The Type II Phaser Compression Pistol is visible in the Lobi Store but cannot be purchased."

    Several days later and it's still absent from the store? Really looking forward to this one. :/
