Is there a keyboard command bug?

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
on some of my older toons in space, torpedoes won't fire using spacebar and on ground weapons won't fire using # 1 key.is there a bug?

    I looked to see if there were missing abilities in the tray,but this is not the case.

    hmm,maybe the key binds were changed. in space alt+ spacebar fires all weapons now.have not tried ground yet.

    firing ground weapons still doesn't work. can anyone help?

    today tried resetting the key commands,no dice.I can't believe I'm the only one with this issue!
