R&D weekend is here still no fix

3rd post now and my bug problem is still not fixed when are we going to get a fix for this problem I find the lack of communication from the device extremely absurd it is R&D weekend now and we cannot do anything because of this problem, crappie customer service and I'm going to the supervisors about this right now. Again I cannot collect my reward from R&D as it is stuck in made 2 posts the last 2 weeks FIX IT.

    I have the same issue, can't collect, been this way for about a month now, the ticket I submitted was responded with by a request to post in in here and to "keep my eye out" for any fixes that might happen.

    Please look into this? I'd love to participate in the bonus R & D events again...

    Amen to that brother least they can do is give us a free rank up to 15 on an r and d of our choice I'm a life time subscriber on ps4 I paid a lot of money at least gimme compensation for a free rank up.

    All 3 of us should get a free rank up.

    I have the same issue with R&D on my main character (PS4) and it has been like this for over a month. Both my available R&D slots are stuck and unable to collect. R&D weekend has gone and nothing. Lost out on a heap of good opportunities because they haven't fix a simple bug in R&D. There are more people with this issue that have not posted on this forum and I am certain they are aware of this simple but vital aspect of character building on STO. Really hope they prioritize bug fixes that affect fans/customers of STO from playing the game to its fullest potential. Even if that means they have to delete the project to free the slots so we can continue to enjoy the game. I for one will not spend any more money on the game until this BUG has been fixed. Come on fix it !
