R&D Bug: Cant claim completion

I have been having an issue with my R&D section on the PS4 i cannot claim the reward in order for me to start a new one, i click to claim the reward and xp but it will not disappear.

    having pretty much the same issue on xbox one and i cant get anything else done on it

    Same here on Xbox one, i have 2 engineering xp projects that do the same, i have 5 out of 6 slots availlable but only 3 are working becausse slot 3 and 4 won't claim the (already done for 3 or 4 weeks now) engineering XP projects, please fix this ASAP.

    I having dame problend. But is my 1st and only slot that is stuck. I can't claim xp for daily engineering and therefore can't upgrade to a 2nd slot. My entire r and d is useless!!

    I posted again to see wtf is taking the devs so long to aknowledge this problem

    I am also having the same problem with both of the available slots that I have making my R&D useless until this issue is fixed. It has been like this for weeks.
