Hello everyone
Since the Foundry has been reactivated I've been having trouble with my UGC.
I was working on one specific mission (Mission X) before the Foundry was taken offline. Mission X wasn't finished but the content that was ready worked as I intended. Right now I'm working on a new and different one (Mission Y). When testing Mission Y I discovered that when I tried to go to the next map (the objectives on the first map were completed!) I got beamed back to the starting point.
Because I was certain I didn't make a mistake, I decided to check Mission X and ran into the same problem. After all objectives on the first map were finished I got transported back to the beginning and the mission started over.
Anyone else having this problem too? Or does anyone know whether this is a known bug? (I skimmed over the bug reports here but couldn't find anything so --> I might not have looked hard enough)
Thanks in advance for the help

So you're saying that once published the entire thing does what it's supposed to do? Great
Thank you for helping me out. I really appreciate it
No problem! And of course if you have issues (of any kind) after publishing report them here or over in that official thread in the news section.

I've run into that bug myself. As Duncanidaho1 said it seems to only affect the editor. I usually publish the missions I'm working on and run through them with a "real character" as I'm building them. The transitions work then.
You can try that just to be sure. Also since some things like animations and paths don't function well in the foundry editor it helps when you want to see what the mission will look like to others. (For instance I had FX that are to go off when an objective is complete. They don't function in the foundry all of the time, but when I published the mission and tried it the FX worked as intended).
So, if you find out that things aren't working as they should, play around with the story tab and try to remember if you did anything in there before the problems started happening.

Yeah that's exactly where I ended up every single time.
Just hope that they'll fix it somewhere in the near future. Since it's not a critical part they probably won't (espicially since you can work around it by published and testing then) but it would be nice if they did it anyway
Thanks for your comment. I've started doing it the way duncanidaho11 described and for now, everything seems to work just fine.
But I'm certainly going to remember your way. Your way will allow me to test everything (including the transitions). So thank you for your help @rancidmojo#7824

I am so glad you guys posted this. I was deep into my first ever foundry mission...had three maps going and decided to test it from the beginning....holy cow....I was about to jump into traffic. I kept being sent back to ESD as well. Tore into every single pop up and contact....every single fight with the enemy. Anyway, now I know its not just me. Thank you again for the time you took to post.

Lighting 2.0 has a number of bugs associated with it in the Foundry. There's a thread going that's specifically dedicated to reporting new problems that have cropped up since the update.
http://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/startrekonline/#/discussion/1225855/the-foundry-returns-today
So if you notice anything it would be good to report it there. Please try to be as specific as possible too, it makes investigating (and therefore fixing) problems easier for the devs.
Map transition failures would probably factor into that thread too, since it only started after the Foundry editor came back online. Trigger problems too. Those are a bit more worrying because they don't seem to relate to the lighting update. You also can't simply disable the problem by disabling lighting 2.0.
So be on the lookout for those, and report any transition and/or trigger problems you run across on holodeck. For the moment, it seems to be a problem in the editor, but if these progress blocking bugs can somehow spread to a published mission then it's something that absolutely needs to be reported.
